Mandurah Trip – Sunday, 30th November 2014

The long-awaited underwater shoot which i’ve been looking forward too got cancelled cause Chantelle, the stylist is sick 😦 so i made a trip down South to Mandurah yesterday instead. It was about an hour and a half trip by public transport from Cannington, the place i live at, about 30mins drive from Perth city. I was lucky to have Ricky to drive me and show me around Mandurah. It was such a beautiful place πŸ™‚ Yesterday was one of the best Sundays i’ve had in a while, chill and relax the whole day, cooked dinner, smoke some MJ and movies all night. Saved me so much money. Haha πŸ˜›

A couple of weeks ago, while speaking to Kym, my counsellor, she told me that i should get a new hobby seeing that Tafe is almost over and i’ll be free most times. She suggested photography, since im always in front of a camera, why not be the person behind the camera instead. Kym recommended me to get a small digital camera, nothing too fancy, just go around WA to snap some pictures so i’ll have some nice memory when i head back to Singapore. Without much hesitation, i was pretty spontaneous about it and paid about $400 for aΒ Sony DSC-RX100 πŸ˜€

So my first trip around WA was to Mandurah. Im not a good photographer, so the pictures aren’t that great. Haha. I shot everything on auto. Still trying to learn how to use it properly πŸ™‚

Here are some of my favourite pictures πŸ™‚

There were numerous beaches that i can barely remember the names. Lol. The houses there were impressive. Seeing places like this motivates me to work hard so i can get a house like that in the future. Hope you guys enjoy the photos. Im looking forward to more travels in the upcoming months πŸ™‚
